Shipping & Returns

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route.

Orders received before 1PM are shipped the same day.  Please note, we do not ship and/or deliver on weekends.  Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Free Standard (Ground) Shipping is offered on all orders. Shipments can take 1-7 business days, depending on location.

Express shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). Charges are based on delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

No international shipping is available at this time.


Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the ship date of your order if approved.  Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable unless we are at fault. We will always correct any errors we make at no extra cost to you.

To return an item, please contact us with your order number. In your note please include the following:

  • Name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return

After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with a return authorization (RA) number and a shipping address. All returns must be approved and have an RA number.

When preparing the return, please include the following:

  • Original invoice
  • RA number and/or return approval email

All items shipped with the order must be returned. If you received a Free or promotional item with the order, the free or promotional item must be returned. If the free or promotional item is not returned, you will be charged for the item(s).

Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren’t delivered to our warehouse.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used in making the applicable purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to post.

We do not offer exchanges.  


If package is damaged in shipment, please take a photo and contact us with your order number.

International Shipping

Due to Customs, Country Regulations and Manufacture Requirements, not all item listed in our site can be shipped Internationally.

If you placed an order that cannot be shipped to your location we will notify you and refund your money.

All International orders will be subject to Customs and/or Duty Taxes which is collected by the shipping carrier and paid by you the Customer. Customs, Duty Taxes or any other Import/Export fees or taxes are not included in the price of our products unless otherwise stated.

Call your customs department before ordering to see if what you are importing is legal and if you may need to obtain a special license. If you import an item that is illegal, customs will seize the item and we will not be able to recover it for you. We will not refund money for seized items.
